Unipart are the company that deal with returns and are taking more than 2 weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.
I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s more than the obligatory ten minutes old and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains what happens.

sky says I have not returned equipment after cancelling but I have royal mail proof - how to get them to stop pestering me.
It was ages before they even sent me the packaging which I duly slotted in, Now they say the wifi booster was not retrned bu it has been returned!
Please can you escalate this to stop them pestering me, I don't need this aggro in the middle of moving house.

@craftyalice This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.
Responses from the messages team aren't immediate so you need to check the chat often to see when they are replied. The chat bubble will also be present for 48 hours. Its worth noting the messaging team will ask you to verify your identity so they can confirm you are the account holder.
