I have returned Sky equipment!!

I have returned my Sky equipment within the time frame and you have sent me a text saying you are going to charge me!!! I have proof of postage too.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

I have returned the Sky equipment in September. I have receipt from An Post and acknowledgement that they have delivered. I've now received a message stating that that a box has been sent out for me to return the equipment. Please rectify

I have not received an invitation to chat but I finally got through to a representative at Sky yesterday who assured me that I wouldn't be charged anything and that it was a mistake on Sky's behalf. Please don't send me any other messages. I feel so sorry for people who are getting these messages and who have returned their products to Sky, mainly as they are unable to afford it, particularly at this time of year.  People have busy lives and Sky make it very difficult for anyone to contact them. Disappointing but I'm relieved it's sorted. Thenks for your help.
