I have recently ordered Sky broadband. However all correspondence is still being sent to my old Email address despite having updated my account details some time ago.

Just to add as well, I think that the Broadband order taken was from an agent of Sky and my details may be held on a separate database. My worry is that my old Email address is also that of my old broadband provider who will almost certainly close the Email account when I move my broadband over to Sky. Hence my wish to get my registered Email address updated.
