I have noticed the past few months my bill getting higher and looks forecast to increase more.

Looking at breakdown of bill original discounts have ended. Am I out of contract. Do I need to set up new contract. Can't seem to get in touch. Is there an online chat with customer service ( not a robot)

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available. (Don’t forget the annual price increase effective from 1 April).
