I have moved from sky and was told they would contact Virgin media.
Moved from sky and they told me they'd contact Virgin so I was wondering how long it takes for Virgin to cancel my account?

I have broadband with Virgin and have moved to sky so I'm just wondering how long it takes for Virgin to stop

@Gsingh55 The virgin media service should stop the day your Sky service is activated, if that has passed and the Virgin media connection is still active you need to call them to see why the cancellation hasn't happened.

it's only recently become possible for Sky to cancel VM broadband contracts (via One Touch Switch)
But as noted this should have happened by now...

Note that Sky (or any other ISP) won't cancel subscription television service from Virgin.
