I have left Sky and want my refund
Left sky last month and didn't think to cancel dd and it came out this morning, would like a refund.

Firstly, did you receive an email from Sky confirming your cancellation? Receiving a bill like this is normal as bills are generated 14 days before the payment date (so when you were still a customer).
