I have had a subscription for months now but I signed in and I am restricted

I have been up to date with all my bills but sky is saying I have not paid since may I have evidence from my bank but they still insist I haven't payed but when I try to see my bills on line it says restricted and I get check my bill payments also it states I have no equipment set up what can I do I have rung them and they said I have to pay £10 late fee for every time they say I have missed I am vulnerable also

What services do you subscribe to? Are they currently restricted (ie; not working at all)?

I had broadband only my account is saying I don't exist that I don't have an account with them when I want to view my bills on my account it says restricted they continue to take money from my bank I just can't view my bill statements on my account
