Why have you done this it was offered free

We are customers here, so feel free to provide some more details as Netflix via Sky isn't usually free as it is bundled unto the TV packages.

As @caesarome indicates, Netflix isn't 'free' with Sky, because the Sky bundle which includes Netflix has a higher price than one without it*.  There's then an additional cost to moving from the bundled Netflix Standard with Adverts to Standard no adverts or Premium.
