We can alert the messaging team if you want but they will ask you to restore your payment method as it will need to be in place so the refund can be issued so will you be OK in doing that when askeed to ?

Yes of course as long as they instruct me how to set it back up, I only found out because they sent me and email saying your due a refund and to contact the provided number. I did that and it asked me to input my sky id via keypad on the phone I did so and it was all automated, it just said thank you and hung up the call. Then I received an email today to say to call them but same automated line again. Help would be appreciated in this matter. Thank you.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
