The guy l spoke to was so rude l am 76yr of age on a small pension why get you on board and then be treated in this way. Could someone please get in touch with me to help.

Price increases are quite normal - either due to list price increases or discounts expiring.
It's also normal in the industry that you get a 'new customer' deal which then expires and you pay quite a bit more. Usually the only way to significantly reduce your bill is to move to another provider - for their 'new customer' price...
