I have been with sky broadband for 1 yr now they are putting my bill up l spoke to someone in sky t

The guy l spoke to was so rude l am 76yr of age on a small pension why get you on board and then be treated in this way. Could someone please get in touch with me to help.

We're other customers here.

 

Price increases are quite normal - either due to list price increases or discounts expiring.

 

It's also normal in the industry that you get a 'new customer' deal which then expires and you pay quite a bit more.  Usually the only way to significantly reduce your bill is to move to another provider - for their 'new customer' price...
