I have been getting double payments and a higher amount than on my contract.

I moved house and signed up for Sky in April this year, agreeing to a Sky Broadband Superfast package for a discounted rate for 18 months. But they charged more than the agreed rate, and then in June started charging me an extra amount mid-month and I have no idea why. I would like to speak to someone to clear this up.

That would typically be the usual April price rise, deferred until June because your contract started in April.

@JVB we're customers and can't see your bills or your account. There's an annual price rise on 1 April which you may have been imposed on your bill for July because of Sky's price protection promise. Beyond that by all ,means give Sky a call and they'll explain.
