I have been charged for paramount + when it should be a free trial

How do i get a refund for being charged for a free trial of paramount+

Most 'trials' involve automatically continuing to a subscription unless you cancel.

 

Without any other detail all we can say is to contact Sky.

The free trial periods of subscription services always say that billing will commence immediately after the free trial period has ended unless you have cancelled the subscription.

 

Most providers like paramount plus or Disney won't offer a refund if you didn't cancel during the free trial period.

I have only just acceoted the free trial today. Had to link a payment option to set it up and it has already charged me for the 1 st month which shpuld have been free?

If the offer was with Sky then you'll have to call them to enquire why you've been charged.

What exactly was the free offer and who offered it? Was it a free trial of Sky Cinema offered by Sky?
