@Mark2468 In case your not aware this is a customer helps customer community, nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.

If Sky believe you made the call from your phone thet won't credit your account, have you called them to discuss this?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
