Hi there.
I got the 1gib Fiber broadband a few weeks ago, the router arrived a few days later, but the engineer never arrived.
In the Order on my account, it simply say "there is issue, contact us"
> The options are "Community Help" or call a phone number
>> The phone number has a weird AI bot, that routes me to wait for 3 hours in a line, then drops the call
So here I am in the community.
I spent the last 7 days just trying to get in contact with someone from Sky, as they requested......
I was about to pay sky for broadband, but they dont pay me by hour to be in the phone waiting infinitly to get an agent.
Is there any email I can contact to cancel everything and forget all of this?

I don't think I've ever waited longer than 25 mins or so to speak to an agent. The methods of contacting Sky I have saved as a template as it's used quite often.
The hint … saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent is recommended.

Sky don't use email for general communication. In order to either chase up the installation or to cancel the installation you'll need to contact Sky.
The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……
🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
🟩 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

All the other alternatives always end in me waiting for hours in a phone line, with a bot that says that in a few minutes someone will pick up... for hours on end
So really there is no way to speak with someone from Sky?
Even you look like a bot that copied paste this response from somewhere else
Thats by far the worst customer service I had in life
