I have a SIM only account, i've moved home but the Move home with Sky link doesen't work

I have a SIM only account, i've moved home but when I click on the Move home with Sky link I get "You need to be the primary account holder to book a home move"

 

I've been with sky for a number of years and was thinking of buying a new Samsung S24+

but it only has my old address.

You will need to call Sky and get the agent to change your address on their systems. Just dial 150 from your Sky sim device.
