Why are you taking £20 out of my account when I'm no longer with sky please

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

How recently did you cancel and did you receive email confirmation of cancelling. Remember that billing continues through your notice period and bills are generated 14 days before your payment date. Any overpayment will be reimbursed usually within 6 weeks.,

We're other customers - we're not taking anything out of your account...

 

Did you cancel all of your services?  (And had confirmation)

What are you being billed for?  (You should still be able to access bills)
