I had a chat call two weeks ago and offered a new deal - saying cannot honour the deal

Deal offered on chat but now saying cannot honour even though at the end of the chat I agreed to go ahead

agent never logged this information and am now made to feel as though I am lying

24 years as a sky customer- disgraceful
