I find Sky terrible when it comes to cancelling a subscription - delay tactics
I'm trying to cancel a rolling TNT Sport subscription from Sky . Impossible. Nothibng on internet , the bot is useless and the wait for someone to contact me ........ it goes on and on ...............and on . Disgraceful

We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

My understanding is it depends on who you pay for the subscription. If you can't do it via that link you will have to contact whoever you pay for it, so if you pay through Sky you'll need to call and give 31 days notice. If you pay TNT direct you need to contact them.
