Your post is difficult to understand so are you saying you are manually paying these bills and at the same time Sky are taking them for whatever payment method you have setup on your account.
Also if you were new to Sky then the first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:
