Hi,
I am moving out at the end of September, and moving into a home with wifi inclusive, so I don't need to renew my contract and wish to close the account when the contract ends.
My question is when and how to inform sky about it?
I have been looking on the account page and cannot find any instruction about closing the account, appreciate if any one can me on this.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk totally you'll have to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. Call by dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline. This link may help

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
