Sky has canceled on my without notice.
Sky has not provided me with the sky Qboxes or cards. Finally I requested to change to streaming and they say it's impossible for me to change to streaming because there is a service request on my account. I have no idea what they mean by that, I have had sky for 13 years and since last April I have paid and had no service. Can't get a hold of anyone that can solve my issue.

@Alice55 what makes you think Sky has cancelled your service? What's the background to this? Did you upgrade to Sky Q? Have you spoken to Sky over the last year about why your Sky Q hasn't been installed?

Yes. Billing up to date. Have try calling for a refund and switching to streaming. Can't get anyone. The most frustrating service ever
