I changed my email in my account but the tv as still using my old email

I changed my email in my account but the tv is still got my old email address but won't let me change it coming up error all the time

Do you mean your TV? Or your Sky box? And where is the old email address being shown?

Hi i changed my email in my account in sky .com but on my sky box it is showing my old email but when I have tried to change it on the sky box it shows error try later. Thanks
