I cant change my payment method on the app or online. Always seems to be a fault

I've tried to change my payment method as my debit card was cancelled and I have acquired a new one. Everytime I try to change it, it always comes up saying there's a fault try again later. I have tried no less than 10times to change it. I'm worried my wifi will be disconnected

I would suggest calling Sky to ask them to update it for you.
