I cannot link my Sky ID to my account

Hi I recently signed up to Sky Q TV but cannot link my Sky ID to my account. Each time I try it asks me to log in and then re-directs me to a blank page where I cannot enter any information and just gives links to Privacy & Cookies Notices, T&C's etc. 

Please can you assist me by linking my Sky Id to my account?
