I cannot change my email address

I am trying to change my e mail address on my sky account. I enter the new e mail address and confirm and it just sends me back to the original page saying please try later! Been trying g fir 2 days? 

Any ideas? Please!!!

What email address are you trying to change, the one registered as your household address ?

• Yes and the user id email. I have no access to the one one my account!

You will need to call Sky about this as only their ID team can help you with this.
