I cannot access the equipment to return it

My Sky equipment is due to be returned on Monday, or a £230 charge will be set.

The equipment is in the house where my ex-wife lives, and I cannot access it.

Nor will she willingly package it up for me.

I need Sky to extend the date for it to be returned.

If the equipment isn't returned then as it is owned by Sky then they will charge you for not returning it. You are free to call Sky but the process of charging for non returned equipment is automatic so an agent might not be able to do anything for you.

@JFINCHAM
In case you’re not aware this is a forum where Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.

I doubt Sky will extend the date. Perhaps a mutual friend or family member can collect the property for you.

Remember to get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.

@JFINCHAM If you cannot get the equipment can someone else not collect it on your behalf and worst case scenario you could contact the police as she is stopping you collecting the equipment
