I cancelled sky glass , but your billing me for not returning my old equipment

I cancelled sky glass , but I'm being billed for not returning old equipment.  

Equipment that I have to keep .

If you cancelled Sky Glass then you do have to return the equipment so why do you say you are keeping it ?

Can I just confirm… you changed from Sky Q to Glass but couldn't get on with it so cancelled Glass by notifying Sky and reverted back to Sky Q ?
