I cancelled via chat and got an email 20th October confirming what I had cancelled and even sent back all equipment and got confirmation they received it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs Signature is the base package it seems the cancellation hasn't gone through so you'll need to call Sky to discuss what's gone wrong.
