I cancelled my subscription

I cancelled my subscription in March, still took further payments, turned out I have to confirm my cancellation, which I did last month they said I was due a refund, when today I have woke up and they've took yet another payment??

You will need to give them a call again and ask them if you account is now cancelled and if it is ask them about getting a refund for the overpayments,
