I cancelled a direct debit because there were two showing on my transactions. I think I may have made a mistake, could you explain it to me please

Find out more@Looby4 As fellow customers we can't explain anything without having full details of what's happened but what we can say is that you need to re instate the direct debit as soon as possible otherwise you are at risk of having service restricted and being unable to speak to sky
