I cancelled Sky Stream within the cooling off period and no refund yet.

I cancelled Sky Stream and Broadband after 5 days, in the cooling off period, as my previous supplier called me with an offer. 

I rang sky where I had no problems, and was told the monthly charge of £49 would come out (which it has) and a couple of days later I would get a refund, obviously minus the days I had used.

As of now, I have had no refund, in the bank, in correspondence or on a bill.

Any help?

Do you see a credit on your account for the money that was taken as it is this that can be refunded. If not then it make take a week or so to appear so when it does post back here for help in getting the refund.

When did you cancel? Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. This will be longer if the payment method has been cancelled as Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you.

If you wish we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but we need confirmation it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

I cancelled on the 7th August, and as I was told I'd be getting a refund, and i haven't cancelled my bank details with them, I'm assuming they'll use those.

I'll give it a while longer, then if nothing happens, get back in touch.
