I cancelled 2 months ago but sky have taken £173 out of my account thats left me unable to pay my bi

I left sky 2monthes ago but I've been charged £173 this month for what I don't know,I now am in my overdraft and can't pay my bills,and no one will speak to me because I'm not a new customer

The breakdown of you bill will show you what it's for.

 

What services did you cancel?
What date did you cancel?
How did you cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?
