I canceled my order but you still charge

I canceled my old order and have a new contract but you still keep charge me for old order  even it has been canceled

We haven't charged you anything as you're talking to other customers here and not Sky.

 

Without more detail we can only suggest you call Sky?

@Linhpham this is the Sky community forums, of other Sky customers. You are addressing or talking to Sky here.

 

Did you receive a cancellation confirmation email from Sky when you cancelled? If you didn't receive anything official in writing from Sky about the cancellation then that would imply your cancellation wasn't processed.

What date did you cancel this other order and what date is your billing date, the reason I ask this is the bill for it might have been created before you cancelled it.

No . You still charged  . And it has been cancel 02/1/2024 . It cancel after few days working

Incorrect - . TV requires 31 day notice and broadband requires a 14 day notice period.

As stated above we are all customers here so you are not talking to Sky, so what is your billing date ?
