I can't obtain an itemised bill through my sky app or website. Anyone to help here. the insurance company keeps asking about it, and unfortunately a Sky member said they only can post it ,but I still didn't receive it. I called again and Sky customer service said they are unable to send any itemized bill, simply this is not something they can do. I was frustrated by the false information and had to wait hours and days for a piece of document. Anyone here can help please.

And you can also download and print them if needs be.

It only shows my device usage on the website .
