I left Sky over a year ago when I moved home. Then I signed up to get sky broadband separately in the last few months. I have been sent a separate account number to my email but I can't seem to add it to my Sky/sky ID so have no ability to view bills or manage my account online.
When I log onto my account using my email username it just says I have no products which is untrue.

Thanks, but why do I have to create a new id with a different email address they literally set me up with the account using said email address?
that's such an unnecessary hassle

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you left Sky and have now returned you are seen as a new customer so that means you will have to start again with your ID. You can use your same email address but you will first need to remove it from the old account by logging in to the old account here:

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:
