I can’t access My Sky. I pay by card, not Direct Debit. I don’t know my Sky account number. There is an old Sky ID linked to my active account. I don’t have access to the old email.
Please help remove the old Sky ID and link my current Sky ID. Thank you.

Yes, this link belongs to the old owner, and I don't know him, but now I live here, and I ordered a new modem for the Internet, they sent it to me but they didn't send me the number to enter my personal account, so I can't enter my personal account
If you are in a property where someone else used to have Sky then you shouldn't be using their account as they should have cancelled their services before you had then installed so you should then be able to setup an account of your own so is this what happened ?

Your account number should be on any email or letter you have been sent so if it is not you will either have to call them or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get in touch with them.
