I can no longer pay £164.00 a month due to being made redundant

I was made redundant 2 months ago and no longer pay £164 a month , will Sky do another deal , how do i found out when my contract ends as i have been with Sky for 13 years.

Give Sky a call to see if they will offer you a discount if you agree to a new 18 month discount.

 

Have a read of this regarding your contract:

It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself. Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:

Or login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:

Or you could login to your online billing and locate your first bill, just add the length of your contract on to this - 12/18 months and you will get an idea of when your mininum term is up.

You don't say what services you have but that doesn't sound like an 'in contract' price to me...
