I asked sky to remove HD and by doing so he contracted me for a further 2 years !

I asked sky o remove HDto save money and in doing so he joined me up for a further 2 year contract I did not want!!

Ok, any questions for other customers?  I would recommend calling Sky back to resolve it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
