I have tried to to find out about my new Broadband contract in October when my contract ends. It was discounted during the past 18 months from 35.55 to 27.45 as I am a senior valued customer. Can you please help.

In case you’re not aware this is a forum where Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. If you don't you'll continue to pay the full price. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.

You'll have to call and haggle.
There are no special deals for seniors and as for being a valued customer, I don't think Sky understand that concept these days.
With inflation and costs still going up there have been a lot a customers on this forum with unrealistic expectations regarding future pricing of their products.
