I am trying to pay a mobile bill but comes up as restricted access

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePutting aside that error message, you should have a monthly payment method on place like a credit or debit card or a direct debit so Sky can take it automatically from you so do you have this in place ?
