Discussion topic: I am trying to create a new sky id but get the "Access Denied" error

I'm based in the UK and not using a VPN (which is what i'm reading in some post) but I'm unable to create a sky id to purchase movies. Tried on my phone using data and tried using on my computer using WIFI, both still giving the same issue.

Are you already a Sky TV customer because if you are not you cannot just create an account to purchase Sky Movies as you need a Sky TV customer before adding the movies package to it.
