I am shocked how bad the customer service ref replacement non working stream puk.

upon ordering sky stream last july i ordered additonal pucks for other rooms.. one of the puks doesnt work and is part of a faulty batch sky have admitted to being faulty. it doesnt load up.

i called sky to inform then etc - they forced to me to do all the resets and trouble shooting even though i had done it before, so i wait patiently for a repalcement to be sent whilst be charged,  3 months later still no replacement so i call up again - im passed from person to person and then  someone who says he  finally organised a new puk.

Its was dispatched with dpd who who havent delivered it. so i call up up again nov 13th to ask what is going, they inform me they have to raise a complaint with the relevant department  who will resolve it with in 2 weeks and make sure a new one is sent out.

Guess what 3 weeks later and  still no puk.. so again i call up today, im passed from department to department all over the world dealing incompetant call centres who keep telling im dealing with the wrong department, so after over 2 hours on the phone and being cut of 3 times i ring up asking for the cancellations department to cancel my sky subcription.  im thorugh to a scottish call centre and the lady Laura sounds really sorry and helpful. she offers me compensation for the hassle ive had and reassures me she will sort the new puk out. 90 minutes im still on the phone with her. she tells me ive sorted it and im passing you thorugh to the department who will send it out.  GUESS what.. im passed to another foreign call centre and the yong chap is clearly working from home as the dog is barking in the background. He messes me around for 45 minutes and tells me for some reason the system is rejecting it.. he promises to call me back once hes sorted the issue out.. 25 minutes later he calls me back telling me he sorted it and to hang on the phone ..another 35 minutes later he comes back to say he has an issue and cant send another out unless i buy one first and then they will refund me..   at this point ive snapped, ive had enough.. sky your an utter disgrace of company with the most disgusting customer  service ive ever come across.. i am not paying again for anything. on friday i will be ringing cancellations and im done with sky.. im not prepared  to pay £89 a month for a service that when theres an issue your treat is such an appalling manor that is franky inhuman. nobody should have to tolerate speaking and dealing with over 29 people in total over many phone calls all over the world.

my direct debit is now cancelled and i will be performing a direct debit dispute to get all the money back ive over paid for services not recieved. My dad was so disgusted he cancelled his sky q box subscription at @ £135 a month after 30 years of being a sky customer. 

hang your heads in shame Sky, what has happened to this companies service is tragic it was never this bad ten years ago.

carry on with this level of service and im sure many people will abandon your platform all together.

The greed of this company and the lack of customer service is going to be its big downfall. 

i can happily live without sky and go back to my humax tv recording box which was never an issue and has never failed me. 

 

Good riddance sky your  the most disgusting company ever to deal with.

Cancelling your payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

So you aren't interested that cancelling the direct debit will cause you to get marked against on your credit files and won't stop Sky passing the debt over to a debt collection agency eventually?
