I am querying the price rises on my package

I need you to look at the prices on my package and give me a better deal it has gone up £30 since the upgrade which is pretty bad consider I have the old box and family members are paying much cheaper than  I am

You'll need to give Sky a ring if you want to discuss the pricing of your subscription package.

We're customers here. There's no direct number. All calls go to Customer Services.

Re: I am querying the price rises on my package

I am going to call them again. Ours gets dropped down when I call to cancel our services after they have kept me on the phone for over an hour. Right at the end when I say no thanks, they finally cave in.

What I can not understand is why they keep putting it up. They hardly put worker wages up, the Internet is a free product. They make billions of pounds through the programs and films they make. There is NO NEED for these price hikes except for pure greed. Ours has gone up to £78 a month again. So we are cancelling the TV and maybe the internet if it's cheaper elsewhere. Our internet keeps dropping and has been dropping

for 8 years.

@Sheep2 Prices go up because the cost of obtaining content goes up, the costs for running businesses go up and wages go up each and every year, and like most businesses they have to make a profit to please share holders otherwise there would be no Sky TV.

The internet is not a free product at all, like most ISP's Sky have to pay to rent the lines, the infastructre to deliver the service and the maintenance that is needed to operate that service.

Not sure what you mean by that?

You may wish to check their latest financials.  (And it's a very large negative number)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
