l'm also in the same situation. My contract ended on October 28th.l called Sky inform them that l'm not renewing.l returned the equipment and got a confirmation email that they received the equipment. But funny enough they started charging me for a new contract since January 2024. l called several times and the calla keep looping around that l should pay first before l could talk to anyone. This is so frustrating.
