I am going to cancil my sky contract

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

 

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link and which is for Broadband and Talk only:

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

You can give notice to cancel by contacting Sky.  You cannot do it here.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
