I am being charged for a service I do not have
I cancelled sky talk 6 months ago. I am still being charged for the service even though it was disconnected.

Did you cancel Sky Broadband totally? The Sky Talk landline is bundled together with broadband.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

@NL4 there's no charge for Sky Talk if you don't subscribe to a calls package and don't make any calls.

I am being charged for sky talk weekends and evenings yet cancelled this service but canot get through to anyone to sort this and keep getting 'fobbed off' by the virtual assistant as y query does not meet the criteria of their options. So frustrating

When the lines are open just dial 150 free from your landline,
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
