My due date is the 1st of june for payment.
i was so unsure, i thought payment would of been taken today but it hasnt so i did a manual payment as i got paranoid!
i have no idea what to do or what will happen now, it's currently Saturday. I heard payments aren't processed during the weekends or holidays, im using nationwide visa card and does sky take automatic payments from that or only direct debit?
i made a manual payment, i will need to refund it once sky processes my bill

As @GD1 has stated, if you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s showing as a credit which will be after the normal payment has been processed.

You are correct about when payments are processed and Sky will take the payment from whatever card you have on file with them. The payment you made can be refunded when it appears as a credit on your account.

Thank you, but it keeps saying overdue which it got me into a massive panic. But that could be because as you mentioned that payments aren't processed on weekends !
its my first time paying monthly for a phone through sky mobile.

Yeah, the billing system says that whilst processing the payment. I think it's misleading too!

That what i was thinking, definitely a way to scare customers! As it did with me, but just hoping for the better good on my end and that it works out on the next working day (possibly monday, whenever they actually process my payment)

Yup, that's a valid continuous payment method. (Either DD, debit or credit card)
