Your posts are a bit difficult to follow as they are unconnected to the original thread issue but… what we can say is cancelling your payment method doesn't usually help, in fact any calls to Sky will only encourage you to reinstate it.

I can't install it as no internet because I'm still waiting for sky to connect me,,, IV only internet on my prepay mobile phone so won't work.. they said outreach have to put up another phone pole, that could take months so I've have to pay £40 a month for no service?

  • My puck can not self install if I've no internet coming into my property that's the point how can they charge me for a service I can not use because they have not installed the service I've ordered am going to pay for tomorrow...

As stated previously you will be billed for Sky Stream but you should be able to claim a credit for the period you have had no service but you shouldn't be billed for broadband until it has been installed an activated.

Yeah the woman I spoke to yesterday said they sent it out to early? They should have been sent out 3 days before activation, that's why I'm being charged to early
