How to i get a free return label to post back my sky equipment before the date of return expires

How do I contact sky to get a free return parcel to send back my sky equipment before the date of return expires

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] [31 days for Sky Q].

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

I spoke to a gentleman on Thursday, 24th April, regarding a returns label for the replacement puck. which I placed in the incoming box along with two hand sets which belong to Sky, I was assured that a returns label would be with myself today 29th . Unfortunately the label did not arrive so on speaking to another Sky representative I went on line at Sky.com/returns All went well until I reached press for return label which after several attempts i give up. Hence this Message '

As customers here we can't send you the label but is there any reason why you can't print it yourself if you have a printer ?
