Hello, I ended my contact with Sky back at the beginning of February.
I have returned all equipment and Sky had acknowledged receipt of this.
I am £22.60 in credit but cannot get through on the phone in order to speak to someone regarding this money being refunded and transferred to my bank account.
Please can someone assist me with resolving this?
